  1. One number, from any phone, a flip phone included. You sign up once on the website. After that, your number is how it knows you.

  2. Mirrah works out what you asked for and which tool does that job. If something is unclear, it asks one short question instead of guessing.

  3. Weather, a reminder, a recipe, a note. Each tool is small and does a single thing, so it is easy to check that it worked.

  4. Answers come back as a text. On a call (beta), short answers are spoken and the details follow by text.

  5. Transcripts, tasks, notes and reminders wait on the website, plus your life map if you turn it on. Look when you want to.

Talk it through.

If you switch on the life map, each part of your life you talk about becomes a tree. The ones you talk about grow. The quiet ones stay small, so you can notice them. It is off until you turn it on.

What we promise, and what we cannot.

Every call from your number is recorded, transcribed and given a tone estimate. The life map is off until you turn it on. Here is what happens to the rest.

  • We do not use your calls or texts to train AI models.

The companies that transcribe and answer for us say in their terms that they do not train on it. Every provider is listed on the privacy page.

  • We do not sell your data or show ads.

Paid plans are meant to pay for Mirrah. No ads, no data brokers.

  • Encrypted between our systems and stored encrypted.

Ordinary phone calls and texts cross carrier networks, which are not end-to-end encrypted.

  • You can delete everything.

One button on the Delete your data page removes your account, recordings, transcripts and tasks. Copies at our phone and AI providers, and our backups, expire within 30 days. You can download a copy of your data first, from Settings.

  • We keep your call audio, for now.

It is stored with your account so it can be transcribed, and deleted when you delete your account. We plan to delete audio once the transcript is done.

  • Mirrah is automated software, not a person and not a therapist.

It is for reflection and small errands, not treatment. English only for now; French is in progress.

  • Tone is an estimate, not a diagnosis.

It reads your words, not your voice, in English only, and it is often wrong. It is not medical advice. In a crisis, call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.

The full details are in the privacy policy.
